My fee is $275 for a 45-minute psychotherapy session.  I am primarily an out-of-network provider and accept only a few insurance policies. If I am not in-network with your insurance, you must pay in full at the time of service. Your insurance may offer out-of-network benefits for reimbursement. I will provide a billing statement with a diagnosis code and CPT codes for you to submit to your insurance company. Note that a diagnosis, which will be part of your medical record, is required for reimbursement.

I accept cash, check or credit card.  A $35 fee will be charged for returned checks due to insufficient funds.
